Caricature: Rode's Report, "Lick"

Client: Rode & Associates Property Economists

The headline for this property research publication's cover page read, "How to lick the cap rate problem". So of course Erwin Rode – Rode's CEO – had to be illustrated licking some wonderfully colourful ice cream.

Erwin's known for his sense of humour, and Konrad's sister can tell you how often she's wanted to flee in embarrassment when he displayed it in public. This face, Konrad reckons, captured that look he'd have, perfectly.
