Colliers International, being a large company, already has some strict style guides for use when designing anything for them, so this ad was less an exercise in being creative than conforming to a certain look. It's never as simple as just using a template though. Naturally, the low cost stock photo we chose echoed the "Spread your investment horizons" header.
