"Corporate identity" refers to a company's look and feel i.e. their logo, official typefaces, colours and other design elements associated with it. The ideal corporate identity development job would include logo design, business card design, folder design and letterhead design.

Mandy Gilder of M-assignments called Konrad one day from Johannesburg, asking for a complete design for her new company. Lekker! Nothing like a clean slate, and in this case she needed the works:

• Letterhead design and cover page design
• Company profile design
• Folder design
• Compliment slip design
• Note design and note dispenser engraving
• E-mail signature
• Website design
• ... and T-shirt design.

We couldn't have asked for more. The only requirement was that the look needed to be in line with her then current company's corporate identity, M-assignments. She used her own back-end developer for the website's database functionality, as well as her own professional printers.
